Detected duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited subject to investigation.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (or equivalent national identity document), and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Vintogel promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. Vintogel will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have not exercised reasonable care in protecting your login credentials. You must notify Vintogel immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Vintogel applies KYC procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card or passport, a selfie with identification, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts above specified thresholds.
Vintogel accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. Minimum amounts are subject to revision by Vintogel with reasonable notice.
Deposits via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements and may take longer depending on network conditions.
Vintogel does not accept deposits from payment sources that do not belong to the registered Account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed through the same or equivalent payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to platform availability. All withdrawals are denominated in MYR.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where KYC verification is complete, the withdrawal amount does not include uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements, and the Account is in good standing with no pending compliance reviews.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Vintogel reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative review to withdrawal requests that appear unusual in frequency, amount, or pattern.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and loyalty rewards available on Vintogel are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:
Vintogel reserves the right to suspend, remove, or void any market at its discretion. This includes live-betting markets suspended mid-event, markets opened in error, or markets where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
Bets may be voided where they are placed on markets subsequently identified as corrupted, incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or involving events that did not proceed as scheduled. Voided bets are returned to your Account balance at the original stake amount.
Vintogel applies maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits per market, event, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the platform before bet confirmation. Stakes exceeding published maximums may be partially accepted or rejected without notification obligation.
Settled results are based on official sources for each sport or game category. In the event of a dispute, the Player must contact Vintogel support within 48 hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon Account closure or breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vintogel, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Vintogel support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Vintogel's international operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through Vintogel's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the licensing jurisdiction.
